I love these supplements! After 4 weeks on them, I can really feel the improvement in my sleep, energy levels, and digestion. The magnesium mix is especially effective; it's the only product that has ever helped me get more than 4 hours of restful, uninterrupted sleep. I spent years functioning on 2-3 hours of sleep per day. Now I'm able to get solid 5-7 hours. The cost of the product is well worth it! However, the additional 80.00 for shipping to Hawaii with no USPS option takes off at least 2 stars.

You know something is a good supplement for you when you can tell if you don’t take it . That’s been my experience with the electrolytes and the magnesium powders. This is my first jar of the D and K so will need to report later on that one - but I anticipate it will be just as high quality as I have come to appreciate from Fringe !

I love getting all the good stuff without the junk. I use these every day and have replaced many of my other vitamins. Electrolyte powder is salty by itself, but tastes sweeter when I mix all three - like Cinnamon milk water. I can't get my kids to drink it though.
